With a support agreement at Tick Cad, you will get quick answers and solutions to your questions. The tickets on your agreement can be used for all technical assistance by telephone and team viewer, but it is recommended that time be set aside for installations and scheduled tasks. If the service is requested by a named consultant, it is also recommended to make an appointment. Support is settled in tickets and 1 tickets is used per started quarter. With a support agreement you get an overview of consumption and automatic refueling.
