1. August 2024: NTI Group, a leading global software and services provider to the construction, design, manufacturing and media & entertainment industries, has today announced the acquisition of Tick Cad.

Tick Cad has been acquired by NTI Group and will become a part of NTI in Denmark. With this acquisition, NTI Denmark will have more than 150 employees.
